Bout time. After years of making the AIDS crisis worse in Africa by discouraging condom use--even in married couples where one spouse is known to be positive and the other is known to be negative (no joke, this is the church's position), the Vatican is finally starting to give a bit better advice on HIV prevention. Thank God.
